Club Membership Application

Existing Club Members

If you are an existing club Member, please sign in before renewing your membership as there may be different membership rates/types for new vs. renewing members. If you forgot your username or password, click here.

** Please Read Before Filling Out Application **

New members who join the club after September 15th this year will have valid membership thru the following year.

  • All applicants must acquire and maintain Adult or Youth level AMA membership (Park Pilot status will not qualify club membership). Click SMRCC Flight Permit please indicate "YES" it in the Permit  Status Flex Field (subject to verification).
  • It is not required you send copies of the Waiver/Indemnity/Insurance agreement. Payment/submission of your membership indicates acceptance of all terms stated thereof. 
  • Your Flight Permit or Membership Card will be mailed to you.

After submitting your application you will receive an email confirming your application. You can then click on the PayPal link to pay your membership or if you desire you can mail your check payable to Shawnee Mission Radio Control Club to the following address. If a check is mailed your membership will be fully activated once it is received.

Club Membership Period

Your membership fees cover operation expenses including administration, facility maintenance, club activities, sanctioning/insurance, operating supplies, and equipment.

Fixed Date Membership Period

Fixed date memberships expire at the end of the membership period regardless of when you apply.
