Our facility is is proudly owned, funded, and maintained by the club membership. We are located inside beautiful Shawnee Mission Park and convenient to I-435 and other local amenities. Club members can enjoy the peace of mind knowing they are in a park environment that is regularly patrolled by park rangers. Our facility features an asphalt paved runway, a grass runway along with concrete walkways and a paved parking lot. We enjoy a lighted shelter, portable bathroom, picnic tables, starting stands, workbenches and a battery charging station powered with electricity and a 12-volt connection bus. Club members can also access our web cameras to monitor the facility or check the windsock.
